I found your blog by doing a search after reading an article you wrote that I accessed through psych central. I help put out a grassroots ( not professionally printed) newsletter. It is an effort of a leadership council in Illinois made of up of individuals recovering from mental illnesses. The newsletter is becoming popular across the State of Illinois. Our topic for the summer newsletter is supportive relationships. I thought your article was excellent and gave excellent tips of helping a person who was not feeling well. I wanted to ask your permission to reprint the article in our newsletter. I think it woudl be a great enhancement of the newsletter.
